Evaluation

1) Who would be the audience for your media product?

I answered this question by creating a Prezi. I decided to embed images and videos into this, to make it a more interesting way to present my evaluation. With prezi it's quite time consuming therefore in order to meet my deadline, I will have to find other methods that are creative but do not take as much time.

2) How did you attract/address your target audience?

For this evaluation question, I used Microsoft word to annotate my front cover, article and contents page. I included analysis of why I made the decisions I did and what effect this had on my primary and secondary audience.

3) In what ways does your product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
I created a podcast to talk you through the ways my music magazine, uses develops or challenges forms and conventions of real media products.

5) What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
I created a powerpoint, to show what kind of media institution might distribute my product, I discussed the difference between major and minor insititutions and the advantages/disadvantages of having each of them publish my magazine.

7)Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?
To show what I feel I have learnt since I created my preliminary task, I created a comparison image that is annotated, to show what and how I have improved and developed certain skills.
